What is the Rental fee and what does that include? (security, tables, setup, etc)
We have four rooms to rent and a wide variety of services available to suit your needs. Please contact the Building Management Group for a complete breakdown of our services.

Is alcohol allowed on premise?
Yes, with a caterer licensed to sell alcohol.

How much parking is available?
There are 45 spots in our lot free and two parking garages within a block. The Fort Wayne Civic Center Parking (1 block west of our building) can accommodate validated parking for your guests. 

What amount of time can we use the facility?
Time is normally based on a 5 hour event. The rental window is negotiable.

Could we decorate the day before or morning of?
If the room isn't rented for the day before your event, we'll work with you to allow provie to the building for decorating.

Can we use our own caterer?
Certainly. We have a standard catering agreement for your caterer. As long as that contract is agreeable to all parties, we'll be happy to work with your caterer.

Can we cater out of your commercial kitchens?
Yes, our commercial kitchens are Board of Health certified and are available for rental for large events or just as a "kitchen for rent" for catering companies. Please contact the BMG about commercial kitchen rental at Freemasons Hall.

Does the building go by the name Freemasons Hall or the Masonic Temple?
Both actually, the term Freemasons Hall is used for the business aspects of the building while Masonic Temple is used in reference to the fraternal meetings which are held there.
